The inaugural event is in aid of Hop, Skip and Jump, at Seven Springs, near Cheltenham.
Ms Hurley, who lives on her 100-acre farm at Ampney Knowle, near Cirencester, is president of the centre which supports children with special needs.
The base offers arts and crafts, an adventure playground, a multi-level soft play area, a snooker table, sensory garden, bicycles and slides and two sensory rooms with optic and ultraviolet lights and music to help stabilise children's emotional state.
Ms Hurley said: "The staff do a fantastic job in making the centre a really special place where children with special needs, physical disabilities and life-threatening illnesses can play and enjoy the things other children can take for granted.
Ball guests will enjoy a Champagne reception, three-course dinner, an Elizabeth Hurley Beach catwalk show and dancing.
The event is sponsored by Beards jewellers, Cheltenham, and others including Ecclesiastical Life and Gullivers Sports Travel.
