BROTHER and sister Connor and Megan Creed went to Exeter for the last combined track and field event of the season.

Connor took part in three individual events and gained personal bests in the long jump and the 200 metres.

Megan competed in a pentathlon and managed PBs in the high jump, long jump and shot putt to finish in sixth place overall in a field of more than 30 girls.

The first cross-country race of the season was held at the Cotswold Farm Park, and both seniors and juniors from Forest of Dean AC took part.

The Under-13 girls led them to victory by the narrowest of margins, while the Under-13 boys all put in solid performances to place eighth.

Fiona Turner was highest placed lady in her category with a third place and the Team Masters place of 12th.

The men were up against strong competition and took 14th in the Team Masters.
