MP back on his bike after losing its key
RICHARD Graham has finally had his beloved 'Cherry and White' bike returned to him by police, a week after he lost his keys to the lock securing it outside the Ministry of Justice.
The Gloucester MP is famous for cycling around London while on Parliamentary duty, and in his constituency tending to local matters.
Named after the city's rugby team, Cherry and White had spent the last week or so outside Justice Secretary Chris Grayling's office.
Mr Graham had visited the department – but lost his keys to the padlock.

"An enormous bolt cutter from the police did the trick," he said.
"The police in the Commons are a terrific team and they're all pleased to see the Cherry and White back in action, even though some of them are misguided enough to support teams like Harlequins and London Irish."

“The only thing this man "is famous for" is his ineptitude.”

“1 didn't he have a spare key?
2 one lock is not good enough, you need two locks of different types, this will require the police/thieve to carry 2 sets of tools to defeat you locks, this will deter most thieves.....”

“Twice this has been reported in the space of two days - talk about non-story - this takes the biscuit.
We do not care about him or his 'bike ordeals'.
Try not to laugh at his funny banter...I know, it's hard not to...

“Three months ago, he supposedly had his bike stolen, so when did he get it back? Or does he have one for Gloucester and one for London?
Here's a tip, Richard - if the police can cut the lock with bolt cutters, it's not good enough. Buy yourself a decent shackle lock from Halford's or B&Q - they're only about £30, I think.”
