Man attacked outside Matson sports club
A MAN was punched in the head infront of his family in an attack outside a Matson sports club on Saturday afternoon.
The 25-year-old was outside the club in Redwell Road with his partner and children when he was approached by a 6ft tall black man in his early 30s.

He was punched a number of times to the head and arms and shoved up against a metal fence. The attack happened at around 3.15pm. The victim refused hospital treatment but suffered swelling to a finger and lumps to the head.
The offender is also described as bald, of slim build and was wearing a light blue hooded jacket at the time of the incident.
