CRYSTALS and singing bowls with healing powers will be showcased at Gloucester Docks.

Two Buddhism-inspired workshops at the Sula lighthouse in the Main Basin will take place.

On Saturday, a workshop on crystals for everyday healing will be held. Visitors will experience first-hand how they can be used during meditation.

Jan van der Elsen, who runs Sula with his wife Agnes, said: "This workshop gives you the opportunity to explore your intuitive nature with the beautiful crystal kingdom in a safe environment."
