Unknown offenders entered the back yard of an unoccupied house in Ryecroft Street and broke into the property, removing pipes and a Vaillant Ecotech 837 combi boiler from a wall. They also stole two Makita power drills from the house before making off.

The other address to be targeted was a house undergoing renovation in Tredworth High Street. A wacker plate, tools and copper pipes were stolen before the offenders left the property via Albany Street.

Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity near the location of either burglary or has been offered these items should call police on 101 quoting incident 68 (Ryecroft Street incident) or 78 (Tredworth High Street incident) of September 29.

Alternatively information can also be given anonymously on 0800 555 111, or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org. In some cases Crimestoppers offer rewards of up to £1000 where information leads to a conviction.
