MUM-OF-11 Heather Frost has so many children that she is having a six-bedroom home built for them.

Heather, 36, says she has struggled along for five years in two Churchdown houses knocked together for her.

In return, the housing provider is building Heather's six-bed super-house along with 12 other homes.

Heather has hit back at people who criticise her for having 11 children.

"Some other mums have called me a slag but I love all of my children. I'd love to have more kids if I could," she said.

But Heather battled cervical cancer last year – meaning she will never have children again.

The jobless mum, of Innsworth Lane, says the house has been a "nightmare".

She said: "We had to go private for a while and I had seven children in a two-bed house. Then we got this three-bed house and they knocked a doorway through to the one next door.

"It was meant to be for four months but we've been here for five years now.

"It is a nightmare because you can't keep an eye on the children in the other house and there's only one door between them which is a fire risk.

"I've got the older children living over there while I am with the younger ones in this house.

"I think the new house is going to be ready in July and will have six beds."

She even has to manage two electricity bills and two gas bills.

But the new house will boast an energy efficient design to help keep Heather's energy bills down.

Robert Oxley, campaign manager at the TaxPayers' Alliance, said: "It's scandalous that so much time and money is being spent on one custom built mansion. Many people can't afford to buy their own home, but have to opt for what their budget allows.

"Benefits are there to help those who need support, not subsidise a lifestyle that most people paying for them could not afford themselves."

But councillor Derek Davies, lead member for built environment, said: "This is a great example of how we work with housing providers to ensure affordable housing is provided for all our residents' housing needs."

Judith Tector, operations director for Severn Vale Housing, said: "The properties have not yet all been allocated so if you're interested ensure you're register with Gloucestershire Homeseekers which will allow you to bid."

“I know people in HM Forces who go through the upset and upheaval of going abroad to fight for their country who WORK AND EARN less than this parasite, whilst at the the same time risking their lives. All they come back to is stories like this. Dispicable. Why do we support such low life. People with integrity, honesty, morale fibre, decency, and principles are the ones we should reward, not these forms of life.”

“I gather from reading various reports, that she'll be moving from one pair of 3 bed knocked trough semis into another new pair of 3 bed knocked trough semis, but the latter will be made eco friendly with a single energy bill rather than two, and It's said that if/when she moves out from the new property it will be 'un-adapted' back to two normal semis.

Surely it must be a simpler and cheaper option to just adapt her current accommodation to have a single energy bill.

@Stuntgirl1 "Her eldest must be 22 can't it move out to make room?"

Provided "it" gets a job or 'meal ticket' to support herself, otherwise wouldn't that just create another claim for housing/council tax benefit? The government is trying to encourage unemployed children to stay at home to prevent precisely that kind of situation.”

“Just seen the 'thing" on Daybreak. When asked why don't the three fathers pay for there children, the response was (and I quote) 'I wouldn't want them too' guess what, it ain't your choice if they pay. I hope someone from the DWP is reading this so they can start getting the fathers to pay rather than us tax payers. She's also 50/50 whether she wants the house due to the publicity, well here's a thought, don't take it and keep your three (yes three) horses where they are.”

“Heather, Pehaps you should take a leaf out of this ladys book..?

    http://tinyurl.com/bddhw23

In on newspaper it states she has more animals than children, how much is she getting in benefits to maintain them all?? Neighbours have claimed her house stinks and is a tip...wonder how this house will look after a few weeks...

Why is it people who sit on their ****s all day popping out kids and have never worked a day in their lives get new houses, flash cars, new TV's ect?? I have only just been able to scrape by a deposit for a house plus all the expenses that are incurred from buying a house and thats for a old 2 bed house but she gets a new build luxury house for FREE???

Maybe I'm doing this all wrong..? :s

Heathers scummy friends seem to be supporting her on FB saying she's entitled to it, you can tell they have probably never worked a day in their lives! Otherwise, they would know what it's like to work you ass off to get the little money you get taxed and still struggle then to open the paper and see parasites taking the pee!! Britain needs sorting ASAP!!”

“11 children ?One can only assume that there are multiple fathers, and if so why are they not supporting their numerous offsprings.
If their identity is known, they should be footing the bill,if not then this totally irresponsible woman must surely be deemed as unfit, and as such should allow the children to be fostered or adopted, into homes where they will have a fair chance in life.
I think Tewkesbury Council are creating a precedence, and should re access the situation before it's too late.”
