Parents gathered at the All My Friends Childcare day nursery in Barnwood Road, Gloucester on Friday, where they treated mums to a special tea.
Mums, grans and carers were invited by the pre-school children to say thank you for all the things they do. Children made decorations, cards and served home prepared snacks and a hot brew.
On Saturday children also took part in a Mother's Day workshop at Gloucester City Museum, making cards.
