Nativity story told by Cranham children
YOUNG actors melted the audience's hearts twice with a modern twist on the nativity story.
Cranham Primary School staged two performances of Oops a Daisy Angel at Cranham Village Hall, and told the tale of the disorganised angel chosen to show the way to Bethlehem.
Children in class one from reception and years one and two, all took to the stage.
"For many of the children, it was their first time on stage in front of an audience and they did very well," said headteacher Paul Lailey.

"The nice thing was that we could use the village hall which meant we had a bigger space to perform in, and for our audiences, who really enjoyed it."
