Proceeds from the performances will be donated to Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. The group has also printed its own calendar which is being sold at Waterstones in the city.
Director Rowena Davies said: "Not only is this play very emotive, but it is also very funny and a joy to perform, and it highlights a very serious issue which I am sure has touched most people in some way or other."

The original Calendar Girls film starred Helen Mirren and Julie Walters and was a huge hit at the box office.
The play tells the story of a group of extraordinary women, members of a very ordinary Yorkshire WI, who spark a global phenomenon by persuading one another to pose for a charity calendar with a difference.
As interest snowballs, the Calendar Girls find themselves revealing more than they'd ever planned. Tickets cost £12 or £38 for a family ticket for four.
