New Look Annual Civic Service
The Annual Civic Service will take place at Gloucester Cathedral on Sunday 29th September, but this year visitors will be in for a surprise.
For this year's ceremony the Mayor of Gloucester, Chris Chatterton and the Dean of Gloucester, the Very Reverend Stephen Lake have put their heads together to make some additions to the day to help open up the event, making it more accessible and interesting for people to enjoy.
The Ceremony follows the Annual Procession which begins from Boots end of Eastgate Street, going down Westgate Street and College Street to the Cathedral for the 3pm start.
This year's event will see the addition of communities getting more involved.
