Neil and Nicky Wildin from Longford, will be opening their new business on Westgate Street in early July.

stanman's kitchen: Neil and Nicky Wildin outside the former pasty shop.
StanMan's Kitchen will be a delicatessen and grocery store and will be situated in the old pasty shop building, which has been empty for two years.
Neither of the new business owners have worked in this industry before, but they are confident it will be a success.
"We are extremely confident we'll be popular because we are unique, there is nothing else like us in Gloucester," said Nicky, a former airline manager.
"StanMan's Kitchen will be all about the people and will be at the heart of local life.
"We will use only local suppliers who provide the best products.
"That is the reason why we started this in the first place. We appreciate the richness of producers in Gloucestershire and we love food."
Numerous local, Fairtrade and gluten free products will all be available, in addition to an array of cheese, charcuterie and handmade cakes. There will also be a small cafe in the building for people to eat in, as well as an eating area outside the building.
The couple will be helped out at the business by their two eldest children, David, 17, and Meg, who is 16.
They have two other children, Nia who is six and Stan, who the deli is named after, who is five years-old.
"He has always called himself 'Stanman' since he could talk, and we though it would be a good name for the business," said Nicky, 40.
"It is a name that applies to all ages and we think it is pretty trendy too."
No fixed date has been set yet for the official opening, but the new owners are planning on holding a street party to kick off the new enterprise with a bang.

“Looking forward to having a look round the new deli, would be fantastic if you sold Matzo / Matzah Flour and Potato Flour / Starch, as no-one else in Gloucester is selling these.”
