New homes near Hucclecote in the spotlight
NEW homes proposed for land near Hucclecote will be put in the spotlight at a public consultation in the village tomorrow.
Plans for the new 'Perrybrook' development will be up for discussion after they were validated by Tewkesbury Borough Council Planning Department.
Although the proposed plot falls outside of the parish boundary, it does run adjacent to Sussex Gardens so the parish council has invited residents to have their say.
It is thought the extra houses and increased population will have a direct impact on the number of vehicles used in the area, with a knock on effect on roads and local services.

“Thought the new development only affected Brockworth, must be worse than I thought then! See you at the public meeting next Wednesday 20th.”
