New tenant for beacon Gloucester building
THE arrival of new tenants means a minor change to a beacon building.
Roberts Limbrick Architects is set to take on the Kip McGrath education centre as a tenant in its Railway House headquarters in Bruton Way, Gloucester.
The former Courts Furniture building was one of the city's most infamous eyesores until Roberts Limbrick converted it into modern offices around two years ago. Gloucester City Homes moved in last year, and an application has been made to turn a window into a door for students.
