Newnham six selected for Great Britain
SIX horseball players from Newnham-on-Severn have been picked to represent Great Britain in three international competitions.
The first FIHB World Championship will take place at Ponte de Lima in Portugal from this week.

Twelve nations will compete in the event, which runs alongside the fifth FIHB European Junior Pony Championships and the fifth FIHB European Ladies' tournament.
Adam Maycock and Chris Radley have both been picked for the eight-man senior squad.
Bryony Goodwin and Caz Maycock are part of the senior ladies' squad, while youngsters Ashleigh Bailey and Caitlin Davies have got the nod for the junior event.
All six attended international training sessions in Nottingham, where French international coach Laurent Motard put the players through their paces.
In Portugal they will take on teams from Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, USA, Canada, Argentina, Brazil and Austria and the host nation.
