Nigel Whittaker delighted to join Cheltenham law firm Willans
NIGEL Whittaker has joined law firm Willans' commercial property team, after spending 11 years working in Charles Russell's Cheltenham office.
The new partner has a wealth of experience acting for a wide range of business clients, working with investors on the acquisition and disposal of high value commercial premises as well as for occupiers and landlords of commercial premises.

This includes training providers, recruitment companies and public house operators.
Nigel acts for charities and not-for-profit organisations, including high-profile national charities such as Sue Ryder, Scope, Shelter and Macmillan Cancer Support. He assists in the expansion of their property portfolios in England and Wales.

His arrival bolsters Cheltenham-based Willans' expanding commercial property department, which last August was also joined by a former member of Nigel's team at Charles Russell, associate Alasdair Garbutt.
