BE prepared to take a step into the unknown and put your trust in others if you venture along to Cheltenham's Parabola Arts Centre on Wednesday.

At the performance of Ring, billed as something between a psychological thriller and The Truman Show, the audience will sit in complete blackness, wearing headphones and listening to a mystery unfold around them.

Everyone seems to know your name, but who can you really trust?

Fuel theatre company director David Rosenberg uses 3D sound techniques to give the performance an intimacy and unique quality, drawing upon the suspense and sense of danger invoked by thriller movies.
