Nurses benefit from farm show
GENEROUS visitors to Moreton-in-Marsh Show have given £1,730 to local Marie Curie nurses.
Crowds of around 23,000 attended one of the country's biggest one-day agricultural events at the Batsford ground.
Marie Curie Cancer Care community fundraiser Catherine Butt said: "The funds will pay for nearly 100 hours of care for terminally ill patients and their families in their own homes.
"We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for being especially generous."
