Oh buoy - watch out for sunken narrowboat on Gloucester canal
A NARROWBOAT has sunk in the Gloucester-Sharpness Canal.
Only a buoy gives any clue to the boat’s existence after it became totally submerged near Sellars Bridge in Hardwicke last month.

A yellow buoy marks the spot where the narrowboat sank
The Canals and Rivers Trust, which has replaced British Waterways, is aware and is investigating.
It is not yet known how the boat sunk but a warning sign is in place to alert other canal users to the danger.
Sunday and Monday evenings £12.00 per head for an all inclusive meal with Indian and Thai cuisine (normal price £14.50).
Bring this voucher to the restaurant complete with your name and email address on it.

“My husband was walking the dog on this bank when the owner returned to his boat to find it sunk. His comment was "Oh s**t" before he then went on to state that he had only bought it a week ago and only insured it the day before. That being said, provided he took out the right insurance, surely they would be responsible for paying for its removal?”

“@Matt1006 lack of buoyancy would be my guess!”
