Owners celebrate as two top dogs claim prizes at Crufts
SCHOOLGIRL Charlotte Norridge and her beagle Mavis were jumping for joy with a win at Crufts.
The 15-year-old, from Tuffley, won the 12 to 16 age group handling award, presented by the Young Kennel Club, with her four-year-old sidekick.
The pupil at High School For Girls, in Denmark Road, said: "It's an absolutely amazing feeling, Mavis is being retired later this year so this is her last Crufts."
Another big winner this weekend was Kay Kenyon, of Cam, who walked away with the Best of Breed prize with her spaniel Peggs.
