Police called to several crashes on A419
SEVERAL crashes on the same busy road were dealt with by emergency workers.
A red Ford Fiesta driven by a 28-year-old woman, from Stonehouse, was involved in a collision with a black Volkswagen Gold on the A419 Ebley bypass. This car was driven by a 23-year-old Stonehouse woman when the crash happened at 2.30pm on Saturday.
Police said one of the drivers was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew for minor injuries.
Half an hour before that crash, two more less serious collisions were reported to police on the bypass, which officers attended.Also police put up witness appeal signs on the A419 between the junctions for Bridgend and Boakes Drive at Stonehouse, after a collision there overnight between Saturday and Sunday. Debris from a collision remained at the scene.

“I was called to the accident between the Red Fiesta and VW "GOLF" on the bypass and the driver of the Golf was a 28 year old MALE from Ryeford, not what you are saying.
The Golf was doing an illegal U-Turn which caused the crash.
If anyone saw this, please contact the local police on 101 quoting 216 of 23rd Feb (Saturday)”
