Cheltenham Festival missing man: Philip Lucas calls police to say he is safe
Police tonight said missing Cheltenham Festival pensioner Philip Lucas had called them to say he is OK.
Mr Lucas, who is 70-years-old, went missing yesterday but tonight police said he had called them after extensive media appeals to say he is safe.
