Police release Efit of Cheltenham bag snatcher
AN EFIT of an attempted Cheltenham bag snatcher has been released by police in a bid to solve two crimes.
The man tried to grab the bags of two women in the heart of the town on Thursday, February 7 just before 10.30am.

A 63-year-old from Cheltenham fell to the floor as he tried to steal her handbag in St George's Place before he was disrupted by a passer-by.
After running down an alleyway by the Bayshill Inn he lunged towards the bag of a 67-year-old from Kemerton, but left empty handed again after the woman moved out of the way.

A police spokesman confirmed neither woman was injured.
The thief was described as a white man, aged in his 20s and around 5ft 8".
He was wearing a hooded jumper, possibly grey or green, and jeans.
Anyone who recognises the man from the efit or has any information can contact Gloucestershire Police on 101 quoting incident number 148 of February 7.
