Pub quiz for hosts who take in young
A CONTEST was close when more than 30 people joined in a charity fundraising quiz night in Stroud.
Volunteers and staff from Gloucestershire Nightstop and their friends answered questions on everything from food to sport during the evening at the Old Crown in Paganhill.
"All year round our hosts give up their time to welcome young people into their homes for the night so we offer them several social events a year in return," said Janet Ellard, host co-ordinator at Nightstop.
The quiz collected £100 for the good cause.
