Questions on Coleford church's future to be answered
FOREST of Dean residents will be given the chance to have their say on the uncertain future of St John's Church in Coleford.
The church has closed for winter because of safety concerns after failing electrical tests.
That means the building can't be heated and there are also ongoing concerns about the state of the building's roof.
The future of the church is under consideration and, on Saturday, December 1, people in the town can have their questions answered. A consultation event runs from 10am to 4pm at St John's School, Bowens Hill Road, Coleford.

"This consultation event also offers people a chance to become more involved in the decision making process if they would want to be."
