Quit smoking as a group
TOMORROW is the last day for people who want to quit smoking to join a group to attempt the task together.
Community Health Trainers has been working with Gloucestershire Stop Smoking Service to help smokers to take their last puff.
Both groups have worked together to provide New Year, New You support sessions for people in Gloucestershire throughout the last two months.
The last stop smoking sessions takes place tomorrow at GL1 Gloucester leisure centre in Bruton Way at 1.30pm.

The hour-long session aims to help smokers give up smoking as a group, and claims it is four times easier in a group compared to individually.
The group is run by a smoking cessation advisor and a community health trainer.
