YOUNG pupils have been settling in well after starting school for the first time last week.

The 30 pupils, aged four and five, joined reception classes at Greatfield Park Primary School at Hulbery Crescent, Cheltenham.

Mary McTaggart, the school's reception teacher, said: "It's a chance for the children to get to know each other, and for us to know them better."

    “Make the most of it mums and dads; it seems only 5 minutes since my daughter started primary and she has just joined senior school. Young kids are hard work, but you do miss the funny, younger years when they are gone. All the best to the littlies.”
