Revamp for Cinderford town centre
WORK to improve Cinderford town centre with better paving will be carried out from Monday.
The revamp will include new block paving in Market Street and resurfacing of parking bays in the High Street, improvements to the footway in Dockham Road and modifications to pedestrian crossings. Cycle stands will also be added.
Station Road will be closed to traffic as part of plans to extend the existing shared space in the town centre triangle.
The work will take up to nine weeks. Market Street will be closed to vehicles from October 22 to November 9.
