Rising flood waters affect Cirencester properties

SEVERAL properties in Cirencester were flooded as wet weather continued to affect the county.

Five fire fighters from Cirencester fire station had to divert and pump out water from properties in Estcote Road, Dugdale Road and Blake Road at around 4.07pm today.

The fire service were called after wide-scale flooding caused by rising flood waters.

They were at the scene for more than four hours.
