Road closed in Minsterworth after collision
DRIVERS should avoid the A48 near Minsterworth after a two-car collision there has forced a road closure by police.
On the Forest side of the collision, traffic is being diverted up Oakle Street.
The diversion is not considered suitable for HGVs who must instead divert through Cinderford on the A4151 to the A4136 and re-join the A40 at Huntley.
Traffic on the Gloucester side is being diverted at Over, away from the A48 to remain on the A40.
