A MAJOR road running through Cheltenham will be closed next week, causing disruption to motorists.

Bath Road will be closed off between Grosvenor Street and Bath Street from Monday.

The closure, due to essential repairs to an underground sewer, will last for two weeks.

News of the disruption has caused frustration among traders in the road who have had to put up with three closures in the past six months.
