HAVE YOUR SAY: Is it time for a Tory government?
WHAT do you think of the Conservatives?
Gordon Brown's Labour government clawed back some popularity at the Manchester conference last week but is it enough to stave off an attack by the Tories?
-

How do you rate the Gloucestershire Conservatives? Is Mark Harper doing a good job for the Forest of Dean and how does Laurence Robertson perform in Tewkesbury.
Is Geoffrey Clifton-Brown a good MP for the Cotswolds?
Is Richard Graham - the Tory Prospective Parliamentary candidate for Gloucester - a worthy opponent for Parmjit Dhanda? Can Mark Coote - the Tory PPC for Cheltenham - win the regency seat for the Conservatives?
Are the Conservative plans for new independent schools a good idea? Would they do a better job of running the economy than Gordon Brown or is he the man we need in these times of financial crisis?

“loz,
I agree completely. Also, when then shout then tend to use big words because they think it confuses us.”

“John, RFOD What is the point of arguing with the Right wing fools? We have had to suffer for their misguided beliefs and we will have to again.”

“To be honest Tom I don't disagree with you on that. I just think that the Tories have to do something more than assigning blame. At some point they have to tell us real policies. In times of crisis they need to present real ideas of how to deal with them rather than just give us smooth idealised soundbites about how things will be better under a Tory government. Until they can do that I won't believe they are a government in waiting.”

“>>Listen to all the Tories blaming Labour for the economic mess. Here's a quote for you all;
It is fair to blame the current government. They've had ten years to do something to change how it works. They were very happy to take credit when it was all going well.”

“I said I was gone, but then I didn't take into consideration that Cameraman would come back on the scene with the most preposterous of speeches at such a time. I really do think he has lost the plot with the rest of his woolly crew.
If anyone needed convincing that the Tories could not govern our country, then I think Cameraman provided it today with such irresponsible drivel. This is not the time to PLAY politics.
Can whoever it is that advises this man please tell him to keep quiet at least until he has something sensible to say.”
