Salt spreaders used by volunteers in Tuffley
THIS salt-spreader has been handed to community-minded volunteers in Tuffley.
Steve O'Connor, from the Three Bridges Community Partnership, agreed to take the device from Councillor Gerald Dee (Con, Tuffley) on behalf of Shire Hall.

Mr O'Connor said: "We had the opportunity to purchase five salt-spreaders from the county council provided we paid half the cost.
"The salt-spreaders will benefit the residents and the wider community, because some areas of Tuffley are difficult for residents and cars to manoeuvre in snow and icy conditions.
"This is especially over hilly foot paths, and with the recent snow and freezing conditions the spreaders will create a safer environment."
