MULTI-MILLIONAIRE Matthew Newbury's wealth is a secret no more now he's become an ambassador for Stroud based charity the Meningitis Trust.
After helping Manchester meningitis sufferer Alex Williams and his family on the Channel Four TV show The Secret Millionaire, Mr Newbury decided to join the team of ambassadors who work to raise the Meningitis Trust's profile.

Property developer Mr Newbury said wheelchair bound teenager Alex, whose meningitis left him disabled, had moved him.
"It was truly my pleasure to have helped Alex transform his home. I was so inspired by his love and respect for the trust that I felt compelled to get involved. I am absolutely delighted to have taken on this role," said Mr Newbury, who himself has a bionic leg following an accident.
