SHARKS were the comfortable winners after a strong all-round display.

Last season's top scorer, Luke Pardoe, grabbed himself a second half hat-trick in as many games.

Sharks led at half-time through a curling strike from Connor Holland and a headed goal from Alex Line, after a Daniel Walker corner.

But the Sharks had Ben Partridge to thank for keeping a clean sheet when he made a fantastic save to deny Colts a goal against the run of play.

The second half belonged to Pardoe as he twice latched on to through balls to coolly s finish.

New recruit Rob Bellamy and Will Dutton added goals to the tally, before Pardoe stroked home his third goal and the Sharks seventh to complete a magnificent display.
