Shop scheme extended
TRADERS offering a £1,000 prize to shoppers in Tewkesbury have extended the scheme.
The Discover Tewkesbury group is running a £1,000 Cash for Christmas initiative.
It is to encourage more people to shop in the town centre and allows anyone the chance to win the prize if they spend at least £20 at any participating outlet before store closing time on Christmas Eve.
The draw will be on January 5.

Twenty-three businesses have signed up to the scheme so far and now organisers are allowing those without premises in the town centre to take part too.

£1000 Cash for Christmas is totally funded by the participating retailers.
