Slack back for Cleeve
Striker Kevin Slack will make his latest comeback appearance for Bishop's Cleeve in this evening's friendly against Cheltenham Town at Kayte Lane (7.30pm).
Cleeve boss Paul Collicutt, who admits he has lost count of the amount of spells the prolific Slack has had at Kayte Lane, believes he can form an effective partnership with target man Julian Alsop.

Collicutt, preparing for his 10th season in charge of Cleeve, has welcomed veteran Steve Jones to train with his squad, but the former Robins defender is away on holiday and cannot play tonight.
It was Collicutt who first recommended Jones to Cheltenham in 1993 during his time at Forest Green and the spring-heeled jumper enjoyed a successful professional career with Swansea City before rejoining the Robins for a second, less successful spell in 2001-02.
WIth Sam Gilder thought to be close to joining Cinderford Town, Cleeve have also signed two new goalkeepers in the shape of Tom King and Martin Pearce, from Cirencester Town and Shortwood United respectively.
As well as the reappearance of Slack, Collicutt will also include defender or midfielder Nick Williams, back after a year out, and Johnny Meadows, who has been injury-hit during pre-season in recent seasons.
Former Forest Green youngster Lorcan Sheehan, 18-year-old youth team graduate Ben Maguire and left midfielder John Cant are also likely to feature for Cleeve at Kayte Lane this evening.
Ex-Slimbridge and Shortwood man Cant spent last season with Hungerford Town and is in talks over a possible switch to Cleeve.
Brothers Lee and Mikey Davis have both departed to play for their father Mike, who is manager of Cinderford.
Midfielder Michael Jackson is away on holiday and will miss the chance to face his former club.
"We have had five training sessions so far, but there is only so much you can do in this heat," Collicutt said.
"We missed out on playing Cheltenham last year, but I hope people will come out this evening to support their two local clubs.
"I am expecting a few goals and Cheltenham will have two or three new faces on show, so it should be a good evening."
Cheltenham visited Cleeve every year from 2004 to 2007, but the annual fixture did not take place last year.
John Ward's Cheltenham won the first three encounters, 6-2, 4-0 and 6-3, before Cleeve snatched a creditable 0-0 draw last time out.

“Looking forward to it - watched Slack play many times for Cleeve - he's a quality striker, Cleeve will be glad to have him back. Be good to see Alsop again too - the last Chelt striker to get 20+ goals in a season - nobody messed with him in the penalty area!”

“Should be a good run out and agree with Collie that we can see a few goals flying in, even our old mate Hopper notching one(but only one, naughty boy!!!)”
