Snow on the way to Gloucestershire today
Snow is coming to Gloucestershire tonight according to experts.
The Citizen's resident weather expert Ian Thomas is certain the county will be blanketed by tomorrow morning, with the white stuff likely to be up to four inches thick in parts.

Freezing rain could also hit the county, said Mr Thomas.
It will start to come down from about 5pm onwards, starting in the north of the county and heading south, and will continue to fall right through the night.
Tomorrow, however, the snow should turn to rain.
Meanwhile MET Office forecasters have also warned Gloucestershire residents there is a chance of snow.
A severe weather warning states: "While there is uncertainty regarding where the heaviest and most persistent snow will fall, accumulations of up to about 10cm are possible in the worst-affected regions. The public should be aware that, as a result, there could be some disruption to travel."
Temperatures will reach 1C today.
Gloucestershire County Council’s gritters are out around the county ahead of the expected snow expected.
The 34-strong team of gritters will be treating all A, B and some C roads and routes to emergency services such as hospitals and fire stations twice this afternoon to prepare for the bad weather.
They will also be going out again overnight as the snowfall increases.
The latest forecast is for the snowfall to continue countywide at around 1cm per hour through the night until around 7am tomorrow.
Up to 10cms is expected to fall by the morning and as usual, accumulations are likely to be deeper on higher ground.
Snow plough operators are again on standby if needed.
People who have to make journeys early tomorrow morning are advised to plan their journey and allow extra time.
Updates will be posted on Twitter via @GlosHighways. Twitter users can use the hashtag #grittertwitter for the very latest on the highway winter response.
Cllr Will Windsor Clive, cabinet member responsible for roads, said: “Our teams will be out all around the county this afternoon treating the roads before the snow hits and ahead of the evening rush hour.
“We are expecting the snow to continue through the night, so driving conditions tomorrow morning may be difficult.
“In bad weather, Gloucestershire County Council does all it can to keep the roads free of ice and snow but I would urge drivers to be responsible and take greater care if they need to be out and about.”
