Soldiers run through Gloucester for fallen comrades
DETERMINED duo Sergeant Sonia Clamp and Captain Nicky Jefferson will run through the city today in honour of fallen troops.
They are on day three of a gruelling 500 mile journey across England and will end today's leg in Gloucester Quays.
Each mile they run is to commemorate a serviceman or woman killed in Afghanistan.
To date the number of deaths in Afghanistan stands at 433 after Captain Carl Manley of the Royal Marines died of "natural causes" on September 24.

The 11-day challenge will also mark the 11th anniversary of the conflict and aims to raise £11,000 for ABF The Soldiers' Charity.
They were at Kings Chrysler in Cheltenham Road East on Wednesday to pick up two vehicles donated by the company for the challenge.
The duo then set off from Stafford on Thursday with their support team.
