St John's makes academy switch
AFTER becoming an academy, one Forest school is looking towards a positive future.
St John's CofE Academy officially made the switch over on Friday.
Headteacher Jan Wagstaff said: "All the staff have come back with a new passion for doing the very best for the children.
"It means we have more control over our curriculum."
