Leonard Stanley Early Years is based at Leonard Stanley CofE Primary School and is for children aged 2½ years until they enter school, to play together and be cared for while developing. Come to Leonard Stanley Village Hall on Sunday October 14 for Sunday Afternoon Tea from 2pm to 4pm. Delicious homemade cakes and freshly-made sandwiches, served along with tea and coffee, in proper tea room style. A highly recommended, enjoyable experience. Stroud Branch Royal Naval Association is holding a Trafalgar Dinner on Sunday October 21 at King's Stanley Village Hall at 7pm for 7.30pm. A three-course dinner, cheeseboard, tot of rum and glass of port will be £25 per person. A raffle will raise money for local charities. Leonard Stanley's famous Apple Day will be running again on Saturday October 20. This is a free event at Church Farm between noon and 4pm. Subject to availability, there will be apples you can turn into juice yourself or else take along your own. And take plastic bottles to carry the juice home. There will also be local food stalls, a pig roast, refreshments and live music.
Sunday and Monday evenings £12.00 per head for an all inclusive meal with Indian and Thai cuisine (normal price £14.50).

There is live music at King's Stanley Village Hall, on Friday at 7.30pm with two fine bands, Inbetween Days from Stroud and Kicking Up Dust from South Wales.

A family funfair will set up in Leonard Stanley park with lots of new and exciting attractions. It is open from 5pm to 8.30pm on Friday, 2pm to 8.30pm on Saturday and 2pm to 8.30pm on Sunday.
All rides £1 on Sunday except the bungee trampolines.
