Star: Lisa Maxwell
Also on the bill is Tricia Walsh Smith from Pineapple Dance Studios.
Among the models will be Big Brother 2010 contestant Ben Duncan and 2004 winner Nadia Almada and authors Cindy Jackson, Lesley Pearse and Katie FFord, who lives in Rodborough.
Organiser Russell Nurding owns and manages The Cutting Shed Hairdressers in Cirencester.
He met many models on the catwalk during his years in the fashion business and has celebrity clients at his salon.
Russell said: "It's been hard work because this is not just a fashion show. There are singers, drag acts, performers between each catwalk act. There is a lot going on."
There are 39 celebrities including actors, singers, presenters, sportsmen, authors and impersonators.
They include former EastEnder Tom Watt, ex-Olympic swimmer and Gladiator Sharron Davies and Celena Cherry, lead singer of girl group The Honeyz.
There are 16 professional models, 16 celebrity child models and two celebrity dog models.
Mr Nurding has been organising the event since June. It will be in the Carol Embrey Suite at the New Lawn from 4pm.
The doors will open at 1pm with stalls selling jewellery, clothes and handbags.
The show, which may be screened on Sky TV, is in aid of Caring Matters Now, which helps children with bad birthmarks and growths.
Laura Pascoe, marketing executive at the football club, said: "There is a family in Forest Green who have a little girl with this condition.
"They did a charity event not so long ago and it seemed like a good charity to support."
There are a few tickets remaining. They cost £20 and include a programme and goody bag.
