Striker Mangan heading to Wrexham
ANDY Mangan is to join Wrexham from Forest Green after the two clubs agreed a fee for the striker.
The Welsh outfit have pursued Mangan since the end of last season, in which he scored 30 goals for Rovers before serving a five-month ban from football for breaching betting rules at Bury in May 2008.

Forest Green manager Dave Hockaday would not be drawn on the 23-year-old's future after Saturday's Blue Square Premier 1-0 victory over Gateshead, which moved his side out of the relegation zone.
But The Citizen understands a deal has been agreed with Wrexham, believed to be in the region of £50,000, with Mangan confirming his departure to the Rovers squad at training on Friday.
The Liverpudlian was always going to be tempted by a move closer to his girlfriend and baby son in the North West, although last month he told The Citizen he would have stayed at the New Lawn had Jim Harvey remained as manager.
Harvey's successor Hockaday was understandably keen to retain Mangan's services, yet omitted him from the squad for Saturday's match.
The Rovers boss said: "He is on our books and is not quite match fit yet.
"I'm here to talk about us winning 1-0, and the boys that have played deserve the credit and pats on the back. Let's dwell on that, and what will be will be."
After watching his side clamber out of the bottom four for the first time since October 10, Hockaday hailed the efforts of groundsman Matt Rainey and the legion of volunteers who helped clear the pitch of snow.
The Rovers boss and his players also lent a hand to make sure the game went ahead.
"We came on Thursday and thought there was no way the game would be played, but the players and myself stayed for three or four hours," said Hockaday.
"I came back on Saturday and it was totally different, so I have to say a big thank you to everyone who helped out and the three points makes it all worthwhile.
"We don't want to kid anybody – we've won ugly – but it's a little step up the table again and we've got to keep that momentum going.
"If we keep on nicking 1-0 wins I'll be the happiest manager going."
Rovers have agreed a deal with MK Dons to extend winger Danny Powell's loan until the end of the season.

“He bet on his own team (Bury at the time) to beat Accrington, which they did, 2-0. Naughty Naughty, very Naughty!”

“What did he do to get a ban in the first place?”

“Mangan's so lucky he's got another chance - he should've got a 3 year ban at least - a 5 month ban is not much deterrant for 1 of the biggest no-no's in professional football. I feel sorry for Wrexham - what's to stop him doing it again?”
