A Flower Festival is taking place from Friday to Sunday at All Saints' Church, Selsley. 'The Beauty Of Creation' is part of the church's 150th celebrations with Saturday live jazz and Sunday Evensong. The Preview takes place on Friday from 7pm to 9pm when a harpist will be playing and wine and canapés will be served. Details/tickets from 01453 752972 or 763095.
AVillage Craft and Produce Sale takes place at Holy Trinity Church, Slad, on Saturday from 11am to 4pm. There will be home made refreshments, children's games and more. The aim is to raise funds to keep and improve Holy Trinity as a warm and welcoming place for visitors and residents.
There is a Disability Awareness Day planned for Saturday in the Subscription Rooms. The event will run from 10am to 4pm with free entry and a connected Food Stall will also run at the Farmers' Market. In the Subscription Rooms wheelchair dancing and basketball will take place as well as workshops to learn shape arts and sign language.
On Saturday starting at 7.30pm there will be an evening of entertainment at Holy Trinity Church, Stroud (next to the Hospital).This will be a mix of singing, performance, poetry and demonstrations from members of Holy Trinity and St. Alban's with hopefully a guest speaker from TZABA. The evening is to support Dumisani at college in Harare with his studies and there will be a retiring collection.

The 175th Anniversary celebrations at St. Matthew's Church, Cainscross will run during the weekend of September 21 and 22 with an exhibition from 10am to 5pm on both days concerning St. Matthew's serving the community when the church will be full of wedding dresses and baptism robes over the ages and parish organisations will be having stands.
