Suspended Leicestershire police chief found dead on railway track
A suspended police chief has died after being hit by a train in Gloucestershire.
Assistant Chief Constable Gordon Fraser died at Aston Magna near Moreton-in-Marsh at midday on Friday, police officials confirmed.

Mr Fraser, 49, had been suspended from Leicestershire Police since December 2010 pending an investigation by Merseyside police.
He was also due to appear at court in St Albans on Monday in connection with a separate allegation of perverting the course of justice, after investigations by Hertfordshire Constabulary. He and his wife appeared in court in July over a speeding incident in Scotland.

British Transport Police are investigating the circumstances of his death and are not treating it as suspicious.
