Tea served up with love by wardens
YOUNGSTERS who have signed up to the Gloucester City Homes junior warden scheme will be serving up a Valentine's Day treat to residents in Robinswood today.
The latest venture by the Cool Kidz and Tredders Patrol junior wardens will see them serve a love themed tea to residents in Broom House and also at Clapham Court in Kingsholm.
The Junior Warden scheme was set up by the Gloucester City Homes, Gloucestershire Police Authority and Robinswood Primary School three years ago.
So far, they have helped improve their community by getting new benches installed, picking out new play equipment and making hanging baskets to help brighten up the Matson shopping parade.
