TEENAGERS can learn how to strut their stuff on the dancefloor at classes being launched this month.

Gloucestershire Dance is holding affordable courses for youngsters aged between 11 and 19 years old.

Funded by the county council, the sessions will focus on creativity and developing confidence, covering styles such as contemporary, jazz and hip-hop.

Dancers will have the chance to work with professional choreographers, learn more about the dance world and create their own routines.

Courses will run on Monday evenings from now until March 2011 at The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury between 5.15pm and 6.45pm.

There will also be sessions for youngsters every Tuesday from October 5 at Kingshill School in Cirencester, between 7pm and 8.30pm. To book or for more information, call 01452 550431.
