Temperatures fall below freezing as race fever hits Cheltenham
RACING enthusiasts will have to wrap this week as freezing temperatures hit Cheltenham.
Snow has started to fall in the town as it prepares for the biggest week in its racing calendar.

Temperatures today (Monday) are not expected to rise above freezing today, according to the Met Office.
Light snow flurries expected for the rest of Monday, with temperatures plummeting to as low as -3C (26.6F), and expecting to feel like -9C (15.8F) tonight.

Tuesday morning is expected to range between -3C (26.6F) to -1C (30.2F), although visitors will be given some respite as the first race kicks off, with cloudy weather expected.
The Met Office is expecting temperatures to hover around freezing for the rest of the week, although the weather should pick up by Friday.
