Having achieved bronze medal position for the last two seasons, the Cheltenham Swimming and Water Polo Club team will be looking to go one step further and reach the final.
Coach James Ross said: "This year is already the club's most successful season since 1971, with the league title secured in late January.
"So to reach the final of the British Gas Championship in the same year would be the icing on the cake and testament to the hard work that the whole squad has put in over the last 12 months.
"Cheltenham have already beaten all of the other semi-finalists at least twice during the league and Super Fives competitions this season and so hopes for our side are high.
"The British Gas Championship is now at the knockout stage, so every game is crucial."
Cheltenham take on Lancaster at 1pm on Saturday at the Manchester Aquatic Centre.
