“Actually, the spot where this happened is neither steep nor narrow. It was about half way along the bottom stretch leading from the farm on the corner bend towards Coronation Cottages on the edge of Frocester itself. It was dark... it wasn't raining at that time although it had been earlier. How do I know? I was driving one of the cars, when a car coming in the opposite direction pulled out in front of me from a row of traffic. There was nothing I could have done to avoid impact. As it is, Lord G, both me and the other driver could have been killed, so I for one would appreciate a bit less of the flippancy. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the Emergency Services crews who attended the scene, and all other drivers who stopped to assist at the time.”

    “I think not,Lord G.
Teflon Hill,as it's amusingly known,is not the best of routes when it's raining.
I don't know how TiG thinks it's a narrow lane though.”
